The customer trusts us more than we think. That's exactly why we had to take this order even more seriously. Therefore, we carefully checked all the details about the order with the customer before production. This includes mechanical properties, dimensional tolerances, rounded edges and roll inner and outer diameters.

In addition, we supported the customer's request to provide samples before shipping. In the end, the samples passed the inspection perfectly.

For the second specification, as you know we are having stamped parts made out of this material. They have specified that the material must be 0.025” +/- 0.001” thick, with a width of 0.875” +/- 0.003”. Will you please confirm that these tolerances will not be a problem. Also, they have requested that we add one additional test roll to our order to be shipped via AIR. This test roll would be according to the second specification, but for the test roll, we only need 12kg of material, on a roll with an inside diameter of 16”. Will you please let me know if this is possible?

To make sure the material meets the requirements, we have carried out further testing on the equipment. After testing, for the second specification material, the width tolerance of 0.076mm is difficult to fully guarantee. The width tolerance we can guarantee is ±0.1mm, which is already much stricter than the requirement of ASTM B906 (±0.18mm).
