Solve Customer’s Concerns
For this material, the customer requires the highest possible chromium and molybdenum content, and the lowest possible iron and silicon content. At the same time, the copper content should be controlled between 1.5% and 1.9%.
For this material, controlling the composition is not an easy task. We went through great efforts to produce it with the most precise smelting method. Eventually, the material was sent to a third-party laboratory for testing. The results were far better than the AWS A5.14 standard. The customer accepted the material.
Later, there was a shortage of this material from the customer. Since the quantity was not sufficient for customization, we found the best brand in the market in stock - Haynes, which solved the customer's urgent need.
After we check everything is OK, we will send the material to our forwarder and arrange the shipping.
