At the beginning, the customer asked for a higher tensile strength and a higher elongation when inquiring. However, these two are contradictory. Because higher strength corresponds to lower elongation. Therefore, we asked the customer to confirm the technical requirements again.

After communication, the customer sent us the sample of the material they had purchased before. We took this sample to our own laboratory for testing. The test results showed that the state of the strip was hard.

After feeding back the results to the customer, the customer said that this was exactly what they needed. Therefore, we finally decided to deliver it in a hard delivery state.

When placing an order, the customer asked us to pack the materials separately because the customer had a more urgent need for the materials. He needed some of the materials to be transported to Egypt by air first. For this reason, we divided the materials into multiple packages and transported them separately through different freight forwarders. We did not charge the customer any additional fees.

We received the sample and performed tensile and hardness tests on it. To our surprise, our test data differed significantly from the data you gave. According to our experience, this material should be full-hard rather than quarter-hard. We can supply it according to the standard of ASTM B127.

Price Term

FOB is our default option. Since the customer needs to ship separately, he can choose the freight forwarder for sea and air transportation. We will be responsible for sending the two batches of goods to the seaport and airport in Shanghai respectively and cooperate with the freight forwarder to complete the customs clearance.

Logistics

In order to balance speed and cost, the customer chose a combined transportation method. A small portion of the materials can be quickly transported by air to meet the customer's urgent needs. The remaining part is transported by slower sea transportation, which saves costs.
