At the beginning, the quantity we quoted for our customers was 2000 foot, which was our MOQ. However, the customer's actual demand is only 500 feet. Therefore, after applying, we made an exception this time and accepted a quantity less than MOQ.

During the production process, our sales will take a production video every once in a while for customers' reference. We first cold roll the material. The final cold-rolled straight pipe length can reach about 100 meters.

After cold rolling, we further coil-draw the material. Due to the small quantity, we encountered approval rejection from the production department during the bright annealing process. For this reason, we made a special application to allow the annealing furnace to be opened only for this tube.

In the end, we successfully delivered the material perfectly.

FOB is our default option. Due to time urgency, the customer for this order needs to send the materials directly to the final destination, Ecuador. To this end, we temporarily cooperated with the freight forwarder designated by the customer to modify all documents. In the end, the goods successfully completed customs declaration.

Logistics

Air freight is the best choice when time is urgent. For this material, the overall weight is relatively small. The cost of air freight is within an acceptable range. We use wooden box packaging suitable for international air transport to ensure the smoothness of the entire transportation process.
