INCONEL® alloy MA758 is an oxide-dispersionstrengthened (ODS) nickel-chromium superalloy, made by mechanical alloying. It is a development of the wellestablished aerospace superalloy, INCONEL alloy MA 754, with its chromium content increased to 30%, to improve its performance in corrosive environments at high temperatures.

Inconel MA758 thick-walled pipe is a seamless, thick-walled Inconel MA758 pipe. Compared with Inconel MA758 seamless pipe, it not only inherits high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, but also has better high pressure resistance. Therefore, Inconel MA758 thick-walled tubes are often used in high-pressure equipment. In the manufacturing process, due to the thicker wall thickness, cold rolling and cold drawing processes are no longer applicable, so the Inconel MA758 thick-walled pipe is perforated and hot-rolled from Inconel MA758 round bar.
