Inconel 617 Thick-walled Pipe Supplier
As a Chinese leading Inconel pipe supplier, AEETHER manufactures and produces a wide range of Inconel 617 thick-walled pipe.
INCONEL® alloy 617 (UNS N06617 / W.Nr. 2.4663a) is a solid-solution, strengthened, nickel-chromium-cobaltmolybdenum alloy with an exceptional combination of high-temperature strength and oxidation resistance. The alloy also has excellent resistance to a wide range of corrosive environments, and it is readily formed and welded by conventional techniques.
Inconel 617 thick-walled pipe is a seamless, thick-walled Inconel 617 pipe. Compared with Inconel 617 seamless pipe, it not only inherits high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, but also has better high pressure resistance. Therefore, Inconel 617 thick-walled tubes are often used in high-pressure equipment. In the manufacturing process, due to the thicker wall thickness, cold rolling and cold drawing processes are no longer applicable, so the Inconel 617 thick-walled pipe is perforated and hot-rolled from Inconel 617 round bar.
