INCOLOY alloy 800 (UNS N08800 / W.Nr. 1.4876) is a widely used material for construction of equipment requiring corrosion resistance, heat resistance, strength, and stability for service up to 1500°F (816°C). Alloy 800 offers general corrosion resistance to many aqueous media and, by virtue of its content of nickel, resists stress corrosion cracking.
Incoloy 800 flat bar is a nickel alloy bar with a rectangular cross-section. It has excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, and can work continuously in special environments. Depending on the size and requirements, Incoloy 800 flat bar can be cold drawn from Incoloy 800 billet or round bar, or it can be cut from plate or strip. In surface treatment, we can provide pickling finish, sand blasted finish and polished finish for your choice.
