INCOLOY® alloy 27-7MO (UNS S31277; EP 1,263,999 B1) is an advanced 7% molybdenum super-austenitic stainless steel offering corrosion resistance in most environments superior to 6% molybdenum super-austenitic stainless steels. In many environments alloy 27-7MO offers resistance approaching that of much more highly alloyed materials such as INCONEL alloys 625, 22, and C-276.

Incoloy 27-7MO coil tube is a continuous small diameter Incoloy 27-7MO tube manufactured by welding, continuously cold drawing and coiling the Incoloy 27-7MO strip. Due to its continuity, we will use bright annealing process to avoid the generation of oxide skin inside the tube. Incoloy 27-7MO coil tubes have excellent high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, as well as good integration. We also provide Incoloy 27-7MO seamless coil tube and Incoloy 27-7MO welded coil tube for your choice. It should be noted that due to the difference in technology, the length of the Incoloy 27-7MO seamless coil tube of the same size will be less than that of the Incoloy 27-7MO welded coil tube.
