INCOLOY alloy 25-6HN is a super-austenitic stainless steel containing 6% molybdenum. The alloy’s properties are enhanced by its content of nitrogen. Its high content of nickel results in thermal stability and resistance to stress corrosion cracking. Designated as UNS N08367, alloy 25-6HN directly competes with similar super-austenitic stainless steels.
Incoloy 25-6HN coil tube is a continuous small diameter Incoloy 25-6HN tube manufactured by welding, continuously cold drawing and coiling the Incoloy 25-6HN strip. Due to its continuity, we will use bright annealing process to avoid the generation of oxide skin inside the tube. Incoloy 25-6HN coil tubes have excellent high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, as well as good integration. We also provide Incoloy 25-6HN seamless coil tube and Incoloy 25-6HN welded coil tube for your choice. It should be noted that due to the difference in technology, the length of the Incoloy 25-6HN seamless coil tube of the same size will be less than that of the Incoloy 25-6HN welded coil tube. Please confirm this with us.
