HASTELLOY® S (UNS N06635) is a nickel-base, high-temperature alloy with a unique combination of properties. It has excellent thermal stability, low thermal expansion and excellent oxidation resistance to 2000 °F (1093 °C). In addition, the alloy has good high-temperature and thermal fatigue strength.

Hastelloy S wire is a thinner nickel alloy round material, which is manufactured by cold drawing the wire rods. Compared with ordinary stainless steel wire, it has better corrosion resistance and high temperature performance. As we have complete heat treatment equipment and surface treatment technology, we can provide the Hastelloy S wires with different hardness and different finishes.
