HASTELLOY® N alloy (UNS N10003) is a nickel-base alloy that was invented at Oak Ridge National Laboratories as a container material for molten fluoride salts. It has good oxidation resistance to hot fluoride salts in the temperature range of 1300 to 1600°F (704 to 871°C).

Hastelloy N hot-rolled plates are generally nickel alloy sheets & plates products with a thickness more than 3mm - 5mm. Hastelloy N plate inherits the superior corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and fatigue resistance of Hastelloy N. In terms of the manufacturing process, Hastelloy N plate can be flattened and cut from coil, it also can be directly hot rolled from Hastelloy N billet. Compared with sheets, Hastelloy N plates have a whiter finish.
