As a trustworthy nickel alloy supplier, AEETHER manufacture all sizes of Hastelloy G-35 (AWS A5.11 ENiCrMo-22) welding electrode.
The nominal composition (wt %) of weld metal produced by electrodes of Hastelloy G-35 is 58 Ni, 33 Cr, and 8 Mo. Electrodes of Hastelloy G-35 are used for welding nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys, for welding the clad side of joints in steel clad with nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy, and for welding nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys to steel and other nickel-base alloys. Typical specifications for these nickel-chromium-molybdenum base metals are ASTM B574, B575, B619, B622, and B626, all of which have UNS Number N06035. These electrodes are normally used only in the flat position.
