HASTELLOY® G-35® alloy (UNS N06035) was designed to resist “wet process” phosphoric acid (P2O5), which is used in the production of fertilizers. Tests in real-world solutions indicate that G-35 alloy is far superior to other metallic materials in this acid.

Hastelloy G-35 thick-walled pipe is a seamless, thick-walled Hastelloy G-35 pipe. Compared with Hastelloy G-35 seamless pipe, it not only inherits high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, but also has better high pressure resistance. Therefore, Hastelloy G-35 thick-walled tubes are often used in high-pressure equipment. In the manufacturing process, due to the thicker wall thickness, cold rolling and cold drawing processes are no longer applicable, so the Hastelloy G-35 thick-walled pipe is perforated and hot-rolled from Hastelloy G-35 round bar.
