HASTELLOY® G-35® alloy (UNS N06035) was designed to resist “wet process” phosphoric acid (P2O5), which is used in the production of fertilizers. Tests in real-world solutions indicate that G-35 alloy is far superior to other metallic materials in this acid.

Hastelloy G-35 hot-rolled plates are generally nickel alloy sheets & plates products with a thickness more than 3mm - 5mm. Hastelloy G-35 plate inherits the superior corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and fatigue resistance of Hastelloy G-35. In terms of the manufacturing process, Hastelloy G-35 plate can be flattened and cut from coil, it also can be directly hot rolled from Hastelloy G-35 billet. Compared with sheets, Hastelloy G-35 plates have a whiter finish.
