Hastelloy G-30 (ENiCrMo-11) Welding Electrode Supplier

The nominal composition (wt %) of weld metal produced by electrodes of Hastelloy G-30 is 43 Ni, 30 Cr, 15 Fe, 5 Mo, 2 Co, 3 W, and 2 Cu. Electrodes of Hastelloy G-30 are used for welding nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys, for the welding of the clad side of joints in steel clad with nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys, and for joining nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys to steel and to other nickel-base alloys. Typical specifications for the nickel-chromium-molybdenum base metal are ASTM B581, B582, B619, B622, and B626, all of which have UNS Number N06030. These electrodes are normally used only in the flat position.

ENiCrMo-9 welding electrode and ERNiCrMo-9 filler metal are basically the same in composition. The only difference is that the ENiCrMo-9 welding electrode has a stricter limit on the silicon content. Please confirm with the supplier before placing an order.
