The main alloying elements in Hastelloy G-30 round bar are nickel, molybdenum, chromium and tungsten, and also contain appropriate amount of copper, iron and other elements. Among them, the content of molybdenum and chromium is relatively high, which makes the material have excellent corrosion resistance. In addition, the addition of tungsten can improve its corrosion resistance and stress corrosion cracking resistance, and the addition of copper can improve its sulfuric acid corrosion resistance.
