HASTELLOY® G-30® alloy (UNS # N06030) is a nickel-chromium-iron material highly resistant to “wet process” phosphoric acid (P2O5). P2O5 is one of the most important industrial chemicals, being the primary source of phosphorus for agrichemical fertilizers.

Hastelloy G-30 hot-rolled plates are generally nickel alloy sheets & plates products with a thickness more than 3mm - 5mm. Hastelloy G-30 plate inherits the superior corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and fatigue resistance of Hastelloy G-30. In terms of the manufacturing process, Hastelloy G-30 plate can be flattened and cut from coil, it also can be directly hot rolled from Hastelloy G-30 billet. Compared with sheets, Hastelloy G-30 plates have a whiter finish.
