The main components of Hastelloy C-4 round bar & rod are nickel, chromium, molybdenum and iron. Among them, the nickel content is as high as 60%. This improves the corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance of the material. At the same time, the addition of chromium and molybdenum can further improve the corrosion resistance of the alloy. These two elements give the alloy excellent chemical stability in chloride environments. The iron content also contributes to the strength and toughness of the material.
