HASTELLOY® C-4 alloy (UNS N06455) is the most (microstructurally) stable of the widely used nickel-chromium-molybdenum materials, which are well known for their resistance to many aggressive chemicals, in particular hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, and chlorides.

Hastelloy C-4 hot-rolled plates are generally nickel alloy sheets & plates products with a thickness more than 3mm - 5mm. Hastelloy C-4 plate inherits the superior corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and fatigue resistance of Hastelloy C-4. In terms of the manufacturing process, Hastelloy C-4 plate can be flattened and cut from coil, it also can be directly hot rolled from Hastelloy C-4 billet. Compared with sheets, Hastelloy C-4 plates have a whiter finish.
