Hastelloy C-276 (ERNiCrMo-3) filler metal is approximately 57% nickel, 16% chromium, 15.5% molybdenum, 5.5% iron and 4% tungsten. It is one of the most common nickel alloy filler metals. It can be used to weld a variety of nickel alloys as well as stainless steels. Hastelloy C-276 (ERNiCrMo-4) has a higher molybdenum content. Therefore, it is very resistant to stress corrosion cracking, pitting and crevice corrosion.
In AWS A5.14, Hastelloy C-276 (ERNiCrMo-4) filler metal is divided into welding wire and welding rod according to different sizes. Please confirm your specific requirements with the supplier before placing an order.
