Cold working of the alloy at levels between 30 and 65% result in high room temperature yield strengths. It exhibits exceptional resistance to sour gas environments and is NACE/ISO approved.

Hastelloy C-22HS wire is a thinner nickel alloy round material, which is manufactured by cold drawing the wire rods. Compared with ordinary stainless steel wire, it has better corrosion resistance and high temperature performance. As we have complete heat treatment equipment and surface treatment technology, we can provide the Hastelloy C-22HS wires with different hardness and different finishes.
