Cold working of the alloy at levels between 30 and 65% result in high room temperature yield strengths. It exhibits exceptional resistance to sour gas environments and is NACE/ISO approved.
Hastelloy C-22HS hexagon bar (hex bar, hexagonal bar) is a nickel alloy bar with a hexagon cross-section. Since it can be used as the raw material for many Hastelloy C-22HS fasteners (such as Hastelloy C-22HS screws, Hastelloy C-22HS nuts, etc.), it is also one of our most popular Hastelloy C-22HS bar products.
