Hastelloy C-22 (ENiCrMo-10) Welding Electrode Supplier

As a trustworthy nickel alloy supplier, AEETHER manufacture all sizes of Hastelloy C-22 (AWS A5.11 ENiCrMo-10) welding electrode.
The nominal composition (wt %) of weld metal produced by electrodes of Hastelloy C-22 is 56 Ni, 22 Cr, 13 Mo, 4 Fe, and 3 W. Electrodes of Hastelloy C-22 are used for welding nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys, for the welding of the clad side of joints in steel clad with nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy, and for joining nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys to steel and to other nickel-base alloys. Typical specifications for the nickel-chromium-molybdenum base metals are ASTM B574, B575, B619, B622, and B626, all of which have UNS Number N06022. Electrodes through the 1/8 in [3.2 mm] size can be used for welding in all positions. Electrodes larger than that are used only in the flat position.
