HASTELLOY® C-2000® alloy (UNS N06200) is unique among the versatile nickel-chromium-molybdenum materials in having a deliberate copper addition. This provides greatly enhanced resistance to sulfuric acid. It also has a high chromium content, to maximize its resistance to oxidizing chemicals and process streams contaminated with ferric ions and dissolved oxygen.
Hastelloy C-2000 hexagon bar (hex bar, hexagonal bar) is a nickel alloy bar with a hexagon cross-section. Since it can be used as the raw material for many Hastelloy C-2000 fasteners (such as Hastelloy C-2000 screws, Hastelloy C-2000 nuts, etc.), it is also one of our most popular Hastelloy C-2000 bar products. We can provide hot-rolled, cold-drawn or forged Hastelloy C-2000 hexagon bars. The common finish of Hastelloy C-2000 hexagon bar is polished finish.
