As a trustworthy nickel alloy supplier, AEETHER manufacture all sizes of Hastelloy B-3 (AWS A5.11 ENiMo-10) welding electrode.
The nominal composition (wt %) of weld metal produced by electrodes of Hastelloy B-3 is 69 Ni, 28 Mo, 1.5 Cr, 1.5 Fe, and low levels of carbon. These filler materials are used for welding nickel-molybdenum alloys (UNS numbers N10665 and N10675), for welding the clad side of joints in steel clad with a nickel-molybdenum alloy, and for welding nickel-molybdenum alloys to steel and to other nickel-base alloys. Typical specifications for the nickel-molybdenum base metals are ASTM B333, B335, B366, B564, B619, B622, and B626. These coated electrodes are normally used in the flat position.

Compared to ERNiMo-10 filler metal, ENiMo-10 welding electrode removes many restrictions on trace element content. The only thing to note is that the ENiMo-10 welding electrode restricts the manganese content more strictly. Please make sure the ingredients meet the requirements when testing.
