Hastelloy B-2 (ENiMo-7) Welding Electrode Supplier
As a trustworthy nickel alloy supplier, AEETHER manufacture all sizes of Hastelloy B-2 (AWS A5.11 ENiMo-7) welding electrode.
The nominal composition (wt %) of weld metal produced by electrodes of Hastelloy B-2 is 69 Ni, 28 Mo, 1.5 Fe, and 1.5 Mn. Electrodes of the ENiMo-7 classification have controlled low levels of carbon, iron, and cobalt and are used for welding nickel-molybdenum alloys, for welding the clad side of joints in steel clad with a nickel-molybdenum alloy, and for welding nickel-molybdenum alloys to steel and to other nickel-base alloys. Typical specifications for the nickel-molybdenum base metals are ASTM B333, B335, B619, B622, and B626, all of which have UNS Number N10665. These electrodes are normally used only in the flat position.
