First of all, the customer had a relatively tight delivery schedule. He wanted us to shorten the delivery time. After much consideration, we committed to shorten the lead time by 10 days for the customer. We knew that the actual lead time could be shorter, but we wanted to allow some leeway. This would protect our credibility and that of the customer. In the end, we were able to complete the delivery another 10 days earlier.

Second, the material was produced using a forging process. This process has large dimensional tolerances. To minimize the dimensional tolerances, we used milling surface treatment. This balances both dimensional accuracy and appearance.

In addition, Inconel 625 has two delivery states specified in the standard: Grade I (anealed) and Grade II (solution annealed). The customer requires the material to be delivered in the Grade I condition. We are able to meet this requirement.

The mechanical properties of our materials refer to ASTM B446.
The data you give are for small dimension materials. In ASTM B446, the mechanical properties of the material should meet the requirements marked in the attached photo.

I just passed this information on to my end customer.
He requested that the material meet at least Grade 1.

After double checking, we confirm that Grade 1 property is no problem.

Price Term

EXW means factory delivery. We store the finished material in our factory. The customer will arrange for a freight forwarder to contact us and pick up the goods. With this method, the customer has the maximum freedom to arrange shipping.

Logistics

Due to the urgency of the customer's needs, he requested that some of the materials be packed separately and shipped by air. The remaining materials were shipped by sea. We packed the materials in two wooden boxes exactly as the customer requested. We fully cooperated with the freight forwarder to complete the process of two shipments.
