Solve Customer’s Concerns
Customers have requirements for the properties of this batch of materials. Incoloy A-286 is a precipitation strengthened superalloy. A very high strength can be achieved by the aging treatment. The alloy required by the customer has the following strengths:
- Tensile Strength ≥ 965MPa
- Yield Strength ≥ 655MPa
- Elongation ≥ 12%
- Hardness: 277 ~ 363HB
In addition, the customer also requires the diameter tolerance of the rod to be ±0.038mm. This requires us to carefully grind the round bar.
With so many requirements, customers naturally have certain concerns about the performance of materials. They asked to provide a sample for them to test the properties and dimensions of the material before shipping. And precisely because we have full confidence in the material, we are happy to provide samples.
Finally, the sample passed the test. The customer is satisfied with the entire order.
